Fur handling workshop The Ohio State Trappers Association will be hosting a Fur Handling Workshop on Saturday, Feb. 25 from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. The event will be held at the Killbuck Marsh Wildlife Area Headquarters (1691 Centerville Road, Shreve, 44676). Registration is required.

Lady Knights win OCC outright -- again

Since 2008, West Holmes ended the season reigning supreme in the Ohio Cardinal Conference eight times. Make that nine now, and seven in a row since 2011 with a win over Clear Fork, as the Knights wrapped up another outright OCC title in girls basketball last Thursday.

Lady Knights capture another OCC crown

West Holmes clinched a share of its seventh straight Ohio Cardinal Conference title last Saturday and ninth OCC title in the past 10 years. With the win, the Knights moved to 16-4 overall and 12-1 in the conference.
