Levi B. Miller, 68, Millersburg

1948-2017

MILLERSBURG -- Levi B. "BenLevi" Miller, 68, of 7507 Township Road 668, Millersburg, passed away Thursday, April 6, 2017, at Aultman Hospital in Canton following a battle with cancer and pneumonia.

He was born in Holmes County on May 26, 1948, to the late Ben H. and Anna J. (Yoder) Miller and married Clara M. Yoder on Oct. 29, 1970. She survives.

He was a member of the Old Order Amish Church.

In addition to his wife, he leaves to mourn six sons, two daughters and 41 grandchildren, Steven (Marilyn) Miller of Dundee, Willis (Clara) Miller of Middlebury, Ind., Levi Jr. (Lisa) Miller of Millersburg, Ruby (David) Schlabach of Apple Creek, Loren (Laura Kay) Miller of the home, Kristina (Delbert) Miller of Millersburg, David (Emma) Miller of Walhonding and James (JoAnna) Miller of Dundee; brothers and sisters, Henry (Edna) Miller of Kidron, Danny (Mary) Miller of Almena, Wis., Esther Weaver of Apple Creek, Aden (JoAnne) Miller of Apple Creek, Katie (Joe) Wengerd of Canton, Lydia Ann (Mervin) Schrock of New Holland, Pa., Ella (Eli) Schrock of Rosebush, Mich. and Jonas (Vera) Miller of Dundee.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter-in-law, Sandra Miller; a stillborn granddaughter, Grace Miller; and a brother-in-law, Paul Weaver.

Funeral services were Sunday, April 9, 2017, at 9 a.m. at the family residence with Bishop Merlin A. Miller officiating. Burial followed in Yoder Cemetery, Paint Township, Holmes County. Spidell Funeral Home in Mount Eaton handled arrangements.
