Hiland suffered a tough Inter-Valley Conference loss Tuesday, losing on the road to Strasburg in overtime.

The Hawks overcame a 26-21 halftime deficit in sending their key Inter-Valley Conference tilt with the Tigers to an extra session, but the hosts prevailed in OT to force a tie atop the conference standings.
Hiland's Kobe Troyer led the way with 13 points, while Turner Horn added 12 for the Hawks, who fell to 18-2 and 11-2 in the IVC.
Shevin Javersak led the Tigers, also 18-2 and 12-2, with Nick Walczak adding 12.

West Holmes 46
After a well-fought first quarter, Madison pulled away in this Ohio Cardinal Conference matchup with West Holmes. The loss dropped the Knights to 1-17 overall and 1-10 on the season.
West Holmes was led by Chase Wells with 12 points and two assists, while Chance Wells had nine and Blaine Hager eight points.
Hiland 63, Malvern 47
A strong start, and finish, was the storyline in this game with Hiland executing both in its win over Malvern. The Hawks outscored the Hornets 33-17 in the first and fourth quarters to run their record to 16-2 overall and 11-1 in the Inter-Valley Conference.
Chris Kline led Hiland with 15 points, Noah Summers poured in a dozen, Turner Horn had 11 with a total of 10 different players scoring in the win.

Hiland 54, Sandy Valley 42
Hiland's Turner Horn turned in another impressive outing with a game-high 21 points as the Hawks kept pace with Inter-Valley Conference leader Garaway with a 54-42 victory in Berlin.
Chris Kline added 11 points for Hiland, now 15-2 overall and 10-1 in the IVC.
