CSB announces promotions
MILLERSBURG -- Eddie Steiner, president and CEO of The Commercial & Savings Bank (CSB), recently announced promotions within the bank's corporate office including Marc Harvey to vice president, organizational development and Alyssa Waller to assistant vice president, marketing manager.
Harvey will lead all aspects of organizational development, including training and development, employee performance management, career planning, compensation and benefits and talent acquisition for CSB.
Harvey began his CSB career in 2013 as the bank's training manager. He holds an MBA and a BA in organizational management from Malone University. Harvey is active in civic leadership He is currently treasurer of the Board of Directors for United Way of Wayne & Holmes Counties, has facilitated and assisted in planning several local leadership workshops and has tutored students through Wayne County A.B.L.E. Harvey resides in Apple Creek with his wife, Sheila, and their two children.
As marketing manager, Waller will focus on CSB's branding, marketing and communications functions. In addition she will continue to provide leadership to the bank's emerging digital content channels.
Waller joined CSB in 2011 as a marketing and retail analyst. She has led the bank's assessment of digital channel trends and is charged with development of related platforms for its customers. Waller holds a BA. in communications from Kent State University. Waller is active in the community, serving on the board of Big Brothers Big Sisters of East Central Ohio, serving as chair of the board for a new nonprofit group called Hope for TC, and founding a young professionals group in Tuscarawas County. She resides in Dover with her husband, Chad, and their two children.

Steiner, along with Deb Berner, vice president of Retail Services, also announced promotions within CSB's Berlin and Charm banking centers. Ben Hershberger has been promoted to assistant vice president, manager of both Berlin and Charm banking centers for CSB. Lori Miller has been promoted to assistant manager at Charm and Kristal Stull has been promoted to assistant manager at Berlin.
Hershberger has managed CSB's Berlin banking center since joining the bank in 2011. He holds a bachelor of arts degree with a minor in business administration from Bluffton University. Hershberger is active in the community, currently serving as treasurer of the Berlin Lions Club. He and his wife, Beth, reside in Baltic with their three children.
Miller joined CSB in 2011 as a customer service representative for CSB's Charm banking center. She resides in Sugarcreek with her husband, Brian.
Stull joined CSB in 2015 as an accounts relationship specialist for CSB's Tuscarawas County region and transferred to CSB's Berlin office in August 2015. She resides in Baltic with her husband, Jack, and their two children.
